Tempe, Arizona / June 12,
2007 – IntelEvent, the leading supplier of software in
the Event Resource and Supply Industry, announced the signing
and completion of implementation with AV Workshop. AV
Workshop has been a leading supplier of audiovisual services
in the New York City community since 1976 providing clients
with cutting edge state of the art technology and
applications. AV Workshop offers its clients equipment
rentals, design and installations, staging solutions and LED
rentals. AV Workshop is currently led by Jason
Lieberman, CTS its Vice President and General
Manager.
Jason was quoted as saying, “We had been
running our business on a customized solution that was built
on the AS400 platform. This solution had not been advanced in
years. If it was to be advanced it would have been very
expensive.” Thus AV Workshop set out to replace this
“legacy” system.
AV Workshop set out to find a new
software solution, and determined that they didn’t just need a
software solution, they needed a strategic partner. They
wanted to find a user friendly solution that was scalable with
the growth of its business. Management reporting was also
extremely important, as well as a need for a partner that
