 "We were looking for software that could manage our inventory,
and after a couple of failed attempts, really wanted a program
that would be able to grow with us and manage our ever changing
needs. After a trip to LDI to visit all the providers,
Intelevent wowed us with their personal attention and
flexibility. We required certain customization and they were
able to meet and discuss those issues right away.
Intelevent stands out from their competitors by providing
excellent customer service. Their technical support is always
available to help or try to fix something. One time, while
performing some data maintenance over the weekend, I ran into a
problem. On a whim, I emailed them, assuming they would get it
and respond on Monday. Within 30 minutes, I had a phone call and
a solution. This was at 5 PM on a Saturday, and something I
definitely had not experienced with any of the prior companies
we had worked with.
I would have to say my favorite attribute is Intelevent’s
attention to its customers. While researching the software, I
thought once we purchased it, that attention would dwindle.
However, it has stayed at a constant throughout our years as
their customer. They are always looking for ways to improve
their program and keep their customers, or “partners” happy.
Recently they started having user group meetings, a place where
their customers can sit and discuss their experience with the
software. This has been a great tool to learn more about the
program and work with other users who might have different ways
of using Intelevent.

IntelEvent drop out problems seemed to get worse and worse after
our last email correspondence and the issue also began to affect the operation
of Quickbooks. We changed our network switch and Voila!
the problem has been remedied. So, as per your suspicion
the problem was our network and not Express.
